Matthews, Kaye win Memphis

Paul Matthews of Australia and Alicia Kaye of Clermont, Florida won the men’s and women’s overall titles at the 5i50 series Memphis in May Triathlon on a new course in Robinsonville, Mississippi.

Lance wins IM 70.3 Florida

Seven time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong blew away the field with a dominating 2:01:13 bike and a race best 1:15:56 run to win Ironman 70.3 Florida by a wide margin. Jessica Jacobs took the women's title.

Ospaly, Gajer take 70.3 Austria

Filip Ospaly took his third Ironman 70.3 Austria title in 3:54:45 and held off a pretty stellar field in the process. Julia Gajer ran down Natascha Badmann and held off Erika Csomor to take the women's title.

Rapp, Ellis supreme in Texas

Jordan Rapp stormed to the win at the 2012 Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas in 8:10:44 thanks in part to a race best 2:46:55 run. Mary Beth Ellis grabbed the women's title in course record time of 8:54:58.

Del Corral, Vesterby in Lanzarote

Victor Del Corral passed fading long time leader Philip Graves halfway through the marathon to take the win at Ironman Lanzarote Canarias. Michelle Vesterby took charge of the women's race early on and earned the win.
