Sylvain Sudrie led from start to finish and took the win at the Rohto Ironman 70.3 Miami in 4:00:41. Leanda Cave grabbed the win in the women’s race and managed a top ten overall pro time with her 4:21:21.

We will not see a Tim DeBoom curtain call in Kona, as he vowed 2010 was his last start at the Ironman World Championships. During his Kona career, DeBoom posted two wins, a 2nd a 3rd, a 4th, and two 10ths.
Orlando resident Rajesh Durbal recently finished the Ford Ironman World Championships in 14:19:12, a performance that is quite amazing for a triple amputee. We noticed Rajesh in Kona and finally had a chance to talk with him.
