Richie Cunningham earned the win at the 2013 Capt. Morgan’s Ironman 70.3 St. Croix with a smart and steady effort all day. Catriona Morrison’s race best bike and run efforts allowed her to take her 4th women’s title.
Cameron Dye stormed to win on the bike at the Revolution3 Triathlon in Knoxville in very cold and rainy conditions. Lauren Goss was near the front most of the day and at the front when it mattered.
