Llanos, Hütthaler win Mallorca 70.3

Eneko Llanos of Spain outran Bart Aernouts of Belgium by 18 seconds to win Ironman 70.3 Mallorca. In the women’s race Lisa Hütthaler of Austria passed fellow Austria resident Yvonne Van Vlerken late in the run to take the win.

Yokohama WTS to Brownlee

In cold rainy conditions Jonathan Brownlee ran away from Javier Gomez and Joao Silva to grab the win at the 3rd stop of the 2013 ITU World Triathlon Series in Yokohama, and showed that he hadn’t lost a step since his injury.
