Spaniard Eneko Llanos had a superb race in Tempe, Arizona and broke the North American Ironman record in a time of 7:59:38. Brit Leanda Cave took the women’s race and finally added an Ironman title to her impressive resume.

Kiwis sweep in Auckland

Kris Gemmell led a a Kiwi one-two finish at the ITU World Cup in Auckland New Zealand after a brave attack on the bike. Kiwi Andrea Hewitt took the women’s title a bit earlier in the day.

Emma-Kate’s on the rise
