Description

Fast TT Triathlon bar 1.0 The condition is good other than the screw holes. I have a torque wrench and never exceeded 5nm, usually I do 4.5, yet they depress in the carbon. I always use the minimum 3 screws from the instructions. To help I got stainless steel washers, but they are too wide to do three of them in a row. I got replacement stainless screws with a t25 head because the 3mm one’s cam out and get damaged (I recycled the damaged ones). Pictures are included. The right extension was modified to take mechanical shift cable by Fast TT. That is how it got poked through some by the topside di2 wire hole. I made a similar hole on the bottom of the left extension for a di2 wire, but the right modification can be copied to have a mechanical shifter on the left if you desired. The right handhold was cut for my hand and a sram mechanical shifter, then when I got di2 I cut the left to match. It was a good length for the new button end di2 shifters. Brand new updated arm pads are included, I have not used them. Angle brackets for inward angle sold with the extensions are included (The t25 head screw does not fit in the angle bracket slot without protruding out the top). Tilt angle brackets included in full price, but I would sell the extensions without them and then sell them separately to someone else. I would not sell the tilt bracket separately before selling the extensions though. They range from 15 to 30 degrees of tilt. The middle of the range that looks nice is 22.5 degrees. Adapter plate for your bike is not included. You will have to order that yourself. The bolt spacing on the extension is 18mm apart in both directions. The angle brackets however have more freedom of adjustment and could potentially fit a non fast tt base (see illustration for those dimensions) There is a limitation on computer weight and size. I got an edge 840 along the way and it exceeds the size but not the weight. You just need to have width far enough apart that the computer doesn’t hit on the left extension. Just something to be aware of, a 10xx Garmin computer or similar is too big.
