TrainerRoad teased its followers a couple months ago when it disclosed that it was producing a documentary on what it takes to succeed at an elite level. This week it released an inside look at one of the premier non-pro cyclists in the USA, Justin Rossi.
The video follows his preparation for the 2015 National Time Trial Championship while dealing with the many day-to-day distractions amateur athletes face, including balancing training with family life and a job.
The twenty minute video is an inside look at the realities of training at an elite level, and the sacrifices required to succeed.
