Boulder, CO based amateur Doug MacLean was the top age grouper at Ironman Coeur D'Alene and managed to break into the top 10 overall. Moving forward though he'll be starting with a Pro card and much tougher competition.

French Pro Bertrand Billard beat Stuart Hayes and Josh Amberger to the title of the inaugural 5150 Klagenfurt in Austria. Radka Vodickova held off Nikki Butterfield and a slightly less crowded women's field for the win.

Tollakson, Carfrae take Eagleman

TJ Tollakson stormed to the win at the Subaru Ironman 70.3 Eagleman after a monster 2:03:41 bike split. Mirinda Carfrae crushed the competition on the run to take the women's title.
