IRONMAN Texas: Age-Group Women Bike Features

The engine makes all the difference, we know, but it doesn’t hurt to have a speedy bike to allow all that power to go to good use! We checked out a few stylish rides from last weekend’s IRONMAN Texas that powered these age-groupers to the finish line.

Jana Richtrova: Canyon CFR

Jana Richtrova did her ride proud with a speedy 4:37:36 bike split, which helped her to the win in the 45-49 age group and also place her fifth overall in the age-group racing.

Payton and Camryn Henderson: Cervelo P-Series

The twins turned 18 on race day, which enabled them to compete at Saturday’s IRONMAN Texas event. The “Twin Wave” are identical twins from British Columbia who moved to Arizona so they could pursue their passion for triathlon. (Dad still works as a firefighter back home in Vancouver and commutes back and forth!)
