Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: 1-mile out-and-back ocean swim followed by a 10K (or 5K) run along beach shore at low tide. All takes place at beautiful La Jolla Shores beach.

Directions: All staging is at La Jolla Shores beach. Easy access from Hwy 5 or 52. Plenty of free parking in the early morning.
