Course Info: The Oktoberfest Sprint Triathlon features a half mile lake swim, a flat and fast single loop 12.9 mile bike, and finishes with a 3.1 mile run on a gravel road that hugs the lake. Please see course maps for a full description. Overall this is a beginner friendly course, and sets up very well for family and friends to spectate right alongside the action.
More: Awards will be given to top 3 M/F over all, top Elite athletes, top AG winners. AG's are 5 yr groupings. M/F, beginning with 10-14. No award double dipping. Other categories include Clydesdale, Athena and Relays. This is a non draft legal event
Directions: Take 119 towards Longmont. Turn north at CR1. Turn right on CR 26 and follow all the way into Union Reservoir. We'll have a professional parking crew directing you as you get closer to the Reservoir.
