Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: The courses are off road, taking you throughout the park as well as Lake Huron for the Swim / Kayak/ SUP disciplines. Remember folks this is a "virgin" trail system - we literally just cut it, came up with it with the DNR in June. It has not been a trail system in the past. Your run along the shoreline is a shoreline - it is not a trail along the shore - remember this is XTERRA, and you will be challenged by the ruggedness of Rockport!!
More: Rockport State Recreation Area sets the scene for this event, and the name could not be more fitting. Set in the beautiful up north area of Alpena, it?s like you landed in another state out west somewhere. This is one of Michigan?s most unique state parks, rich in history and picturesque in its breathtaking beauty. We incorporate all the unique aspects of the park to offer this one of kind event, as well as stunning scenery along the shoreline with the kayak/SUP event. We are very proud to be the official event management team for this event and we look forward to creating a event like no other in the region.

Directions: Parking will be inside the Recreation Area in designated areas. Please follow the Event Parking signs.
