Course Info: Spring-fed Tucelnuit Lake swim followed by two loops through the Wine Capital of Canada and a run along the Okanagan River through quiet residential finishing above the lake. Aquabike held same day!

Directions: Four hour drive from Vancouver, Oliver is just south of Penticton.
