You're prepared to tackle a longer triathlon, and you're seeking expertise, coaching, and a robust plan to achieve this goal! Similar to the sprint program, you'll receive structured training, but now we'll integrate nutrition education, strength, and periodic evaluations to monitor your progress. You might find yourself getting hooked!
More: Race registration not included. This program can be used for any olympic or quarter distance triathlon.
Directions: We train at Lake Highlands High, Greenhill school, and Cedar Hill State Park.
