Course Info: Jump into training with group programs which offers semi-private coaching. The 8-week Sprint program is for the beginner, or seasoned athlete alike, and gets you ready for an open water swim tri. If you are new to a structured training plan and/ or exercise routine, this is for you! We will walk you through each step. You?ll get skill orientations for each discipline and we will be there each step of the way! Maybe you regularly workout and even train on your own to swim, bike and run, and have tried a triathlon. Directions: We meet at Cedar Hill State Park, Greenhill school and Lake Highlands High to train.
