General Information

Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front.
Course Info: We offer three distances at Disco.
Sprint: 500 yards flat lake swim, 17.6 mile ride and 3.1 mile run.
Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23-mile ride and 6.2 mile run.
X-50: 1 mile swim, 40 mile ride, 9 mile run.
? All have a spectator friendly beach start
? The bike ride has a couple of ?Texas Hills?
? The run is awesome! Runners run through a tree lined state park.
Please note, the cut off time for the X-50 course is 1:30pm. If you are unsure you can complete the course by this time, please register for the Olympic or Sprint distance.

The awards will be three deep per age group with individual awards for overall male, overall female, overall masters female & male and overall grand masters female and male.
The break down of age group awards are as follows:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 -69, and 70 & over
