Pool swim has 50 meter lanes that are 9 ft wide.
Bike ? 12.8 miles ( 2 Loop Course )
The bike course is a two loop course that is 12.8 miles long. There are a few hills but the course is still fast. Police and volunteers will be at all intersections
Run - 3.1 Miles
The run course is an out and back path on a beautiful wooded trail.

Awards are 3 deep in age groups plus overall male and female.
