Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: Flat, fast and scenic course across all disciplines. The swim is in Lake Ravine and it begins with a beach start.
More: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in the Sprint race and age group (no double-dipping). Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place men's and women's Sprint winners will win cash prizes and all competitors will be entered into a drawing for door prizes.
Kids fun run on the day is also held.

Directions: The start is near Putters and Scoops which often plays home to registration packet pick up.
