Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: A wave start will be used (Teams, Men, Women) 1/4 mi. swim in beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake. Then a 14 mile bike into Yankton, across bridge into NE, along Missouri River, across Gavins Point Dam. Finish the race with the 3.1 mile run along the running trails next to Lewis and Clark Lake. The entire course is flat.

A duathlon runs at the same time for the same price.
Your registration will include a choice of one of three items to include socks, visor, water bottle; medals, nutritional snacks and drinks. We suggest you make the most of it and join us for a great weekend of Yankton hospitality and entertainment.
