The bike course will test your speed as you head north along A1A into Birch State Park: an Island Paradise in the middle of urban Fort Lauderdale. The park contains four distinct natural areas including mangrove swamp, hardwood hammock, beach, and coastal dune lake system.

The run course along the boulevard will allow you to feel the breeze as you enjoy the sights of the City?s award-winning wavewall and signature beachfront promenade.
