Course Info: The Smith Point Triathlon starts at Smith Point County Park, with a fast 500 meter Narrow Bay swim and continues on to a flat and fast 16K bike ride over the Smith Point Bridge to Wertheim National Refuge and back, followed by a scenic 5K run over the bridge ending at the Atlantic Ocean. Aquabike participants will follow the same course without the run.

Directions: Shirley, NY is accessible by all parkways. There is also a LIRR train station in town.
