General Information
Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: The courses takes the athletes into Table Rock Lake and then through the White River Valley Trail system.
Swim: 500m
Mtn. Bike: 10 miles (the perimeter of the White River Valley Trail system)
Trail Run: 4.3 miles (one loop on red trail)
Distances were created to be achievable for all athletes, some may finish faster than others.
More: The race starts at 8:00AM. We recommend athletes arrive at the race site at 6:15 AM.
The race-start location is at Table Rock State Park, there will be plenty of signs to follow. The finish will take place at the Red Loop Trail Head on the White River Valley Trail system, approximately .25 miles away. Parking for the event will be the parking lots at just inside the park by the boat launch area. There will be plenty of signs and you may be directed where to park when you arrive.
All participants should have their bikes and shoes set up in the transition area before 7:40.
