Course Info: Formerly of Piranha-Sports, The DiamondMan Olympic Duathlon is a welcome addition to our racing family. The DiamondMan event is staged out of beautiful Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware. Lums Pond makes for a great September race. The runs are new and 95% on pavement. The bike course is completely flat and has good pavement. The new run course is 95% on pavement and is contained entirely within the park and an adjacent neighborhood. Our team holds 2 weekends of racing at Lums Pond State Park, so these races make for a great opportunity to measure your fitness and progress each year.
