Course Info: St. Mary's Triathlon located in historic St. Mary's City in Southern Maryland and was added to our series in 2017. Nestled between the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River just a few miles from Point Lookout State Park this race is a hidden gem. The college and race site are on a bluff overlooking a cove on the St. Mary's River and are just minutes from great lodging and restaurant options in Lexington Park and Solomon's Island. Historic St. Mary's City was the first colonial settlement in Maryland and St. Mary?s College was founded in 1840. You will love the beautiful swim venue, smooth low traffic roads for the bike course and partially shaded low traffic run course. Don't miss out on this special event!
