Course Info: Formerly of Piranha-Sports, The DiamondMan Sprint Triathlon is a welcome addition to our racing family. The DiamondMan Triathlon is staged out of beautiful Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware. Lums Pond makes for a great September race as the water is expected to be in the mid 70?s and due to its shallow depth and narrow profile, the swim is usually pretty calm and the beach makes for great spectating. The bike course is completely flat and has good pavement. The new, 2 loop, run course is 95% on pavement and is contained entirely within the park and an adjacent neighborhood. Our team holds 2 weekends of racing at Lums Pond State Park, so these races make for a great opportunity to measure your fitness and progress each year.
