Welcome to our conference. Since Slowtwitch readers are there (where you are) and not here (where we are) we thought it only proper to bring our coaching expertise to you, not make you come to us.
B
y "our" expertise we don't mean just those of us on the Slowtwitch masthead, but many of the 100 or so coaches worldwide with whom we keep in contact and who have a particular expertise as multisport coaches.
We have a series of questions we're going to ask our coaches, and we'll provide several responses to each question. As this conference progressesit'll go through the month of Maywe'll provide bios of the coaches who're participating (below). Some are available as online coaches for those of you who might be looking for a coach. Some do not coach online, but have graciously allowed us to use their expertise anyway.
Our questions are broken down into seven categories:
Physiology
Nutrition
Technology
Tactics
Nutrition
Recovery
Other activities
As you see one of the above categories linked, you'll know we've completed that section. Recovery is our first topic, with the others to follow. Good reading.
