General Information: The Bespoke Bike Fit is a cutting edge bike fit technique that it tailored to your body's unique abilities. Our cutting edge technique has helped 100's of cyclist ride pain free and increase their performance and efficiency on the bike.
We are different from the rest because we incorporate a functional movement screen that examines your physical strengths and limitation. Once your movement has been examined we prescribe exercises to improve your limitations and performance on the bike.
We then teach you proper pedaling techniques that will increase efficiency through the entire pedal stroke. The pedal stroke technique will help you to increase your speed to 2-3 mph. Directions: We are located in Lakewood, CA
